What every plan includes

- A monthly API request allowance, plus short-window API rate limits.

How billing works
InstantML never bills tracked training hours in v1 — you pay for seats and usage, not wall-clock training time.
Overage is explicit rather than surprising. On paid plans, hosted storage and API requests over the included allowance are metered through Stripe; Free and non-billable workspaces are blocked at their monthly API request allowance instead of being charged. Extra seats cost $99 per seat per month through billing.
Where billing shows up in the product:
- Signup selects Free, Pro, or Premium.
- Paid signup redirects through Stripe Checkout before writes and SDK key creation are unlocked.
- Settings shows plan, usage, rate limits, seats, storage accounting, and billing controls.
- The topbar plan badge mirrors the highest pressure among metric points, storage, and API requests.
Seats and workspaces
Included seats apply to team workspaces. Personal workspaces stay single-owner even when their plan has a larger included-seat pool — create a team workspace when you want invitations and shared seats.
Premium storage options
Premium teams can keep everything on InstantML-hosted storage, or route tenant product data (runs, metrics, and metadata) to customer-owned self-hosted GCP ClickHouse. Artifact bytes remain on InstantML-hosted object storage either way. See Customer-owned ClickHouse for setup and accounting details.
Enterprise and custom
Enterprise/custom terms are reserved for SSO/SAML, VPC or self-hosted deployment, custom retention, compliance, dedicated support, and unusually heavy data footprints.
